Introduction
Executive communication strategy enables leaders to align organisational messaging with business objectives, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and support effective decision-making. Senior executives must communicate consistently across internal and external audiences while adapting messages to changing business priorities, organisational risks, and stakeholder expectations.
This five-day course develops practical communication strategy skills for executives and senior leaders. Participants will learn how to design communication strategies, analyse stakeholder needs, develop executive messaging, manage strategic communication channels, and evaluate communication effectiveness through practical exercises, case studies, and executive simulations.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
